Can I track my order?

You sure can. Once your order has been sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking details. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depends on where you live. The shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you should expect your Walumarra goodies. 

Australian domestic: Typically, 3-6 days. However, COVID19 could delay this estimate. 

New Zealand: Typically, 5-7 days. However, COVID19 could delay this estimate. 

All other international customers: Typically 10-12 days. However, COVID19 could delay this estimate. 

How much does shipping cost?

For Australian orders, it is a $8 flat rate and if you spend over $100 you get free shipping. YAY!

For NZ orders, it is a $20 flat rate. 

For other international destinations, it is a $30 flat rate. 

Please note that international orders can be subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. Waste Free World cannot be responsible for these additional charges. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change your order please email info@walumarra.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help you. However, we are very efficient at sending out orders so we may have already sent it!

What about returns and refunds?

Yep we offer both, please read all about them here.

Will you ship to me internationally?

Yes of course! Due to COVID19 orders can take a while to arrive. 

How can I contact you?

Can I order by telephone?

No. Sorry. We are 100% online. We also go to markets around Sydney so sign-up to our mailing list to make sure you get notified.

What if an item is out of stock?

You can select to be notified when it is back in stock, which is usually very quickly as we want you to be waste free as soon as possible. 

What payment methods does Waste Free World accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

Will you give my details to third-parties?

Absolutely NOT.

Something is wrong with my product!

Don't worry! Please contact us through our contact page here or email info@walumarra.com and we will help you. 

Just let us know the issue you are having and include a picture or video and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

How do I use a promo code?

Once you have reached the check out process there is a box where you can input the promo code and it will be applied to your order. 

Who makes your products?

All our handmade Walumarra products are made by my mum and I in our homes with a little help from my dad! 

The reusable plastic-free products that we are unable to make ourselves we get from Australian companies to make sure that our carbon footprint is as low as possible.
